Citizen built the Promaster for real diving, and the specs back it up: 100 meters of water resistance, a unidirectional rotating bezel, and a day date window sitting plainly at three. Deep green covers the dial, darkening toward the edges, with a red tipped minute hand adding a small pop of contrast against all that green. Titanium keeps the case lighter than steel would be at this size.
